(0) Overview
This is a guide created out of a compilation of my own experiences, and many questions I've seen arise about Artisans and their versatile entourage of skills.
A few things that the guide includes are: stat descriptions and allocations, skill information, equipment and builds, leveling strategy, and a large composition
of Q&A. If there any questions you still have about Artisans after reading the guide, be sure to ask.
(1) Stat Descriptions
Required Stats
Concentration: Increases your crafting success rate (%)
Sensibility: Increases your chances of having stats or a slot on your crafted item
*Note* Sensibility only increases the chance of having slots on weapons and shields (items that can have slots)
Optional Stats
Strength: Raising your Strength to 62 will allow you to equip a Short Bow Gun (slot)
Intelligence: Raising your Intelligence to 20 will allow you to equip an Oriental Drum (+5 CON and slot)
Charm: Raising your Charm to 30 will allow you to equip a Royal Crown (+10 CON)
*Note* Level 10 Market Research automatically gives you +20 Charm, rendering stat increases in Charm useless
Utterly Useless Stat
Dexterity: Increases your dodge rate? Well, you might need that to protect you from unhappy customers when you fail their gems XD

(4) Equipment
*Note* The following equipment is not "perfect", but affordable. If you find items with +7-9 CON or +7-9 SEN, be sure to utilize them in the correct set
Gem Crafting Set
For gem crafting, you want to have as much CON as possible. A good gem crafting set would be the following:
Hat: 6/5 Royal Crown (+10 CON)
Weapon: Slotted Bow Gun w/ S7
Shield: Slotted Oriental Drum (+5 CON) w/ S7
Jewelry: S7 Set
Other: 6/5 Equipment
Total CON: 546
Total SEN: 325
Equipment Crafting Set
For equipment crafting, you want to have as much SEN as possible. A good equipment crafting set would be the following:
Hat: 6/5 Cowboy Hat (+8 SEN)
Weapon: Slotted Bow Gun w/ E7
Shield: Slotted Oriental Drum (+5 CON) w/ E7
Jewelry: E7 Set
Other: 6/5 Equipment
Total CON: 361
Total SEN: 513
(5) Leveling Strategy
As full artisans do not have any combat skills, you may be wondering how you're going to get all your stats and skills.
The simplest way in AruaROSE to level an Artisan, is to start out with a combat build and reset your statistics and stats by talking
to Warren in Zant at level 200 or above.
I highly recommend a Launcher build for leveling, due to the damage you will be dealing out. Though Gun builds do have the
advantage of faster moving speed, you shouldn't be moving around all that much anyway due to your launcher's range.
Launcher Build
Launcher damage is approximately 45% STR, 45% CON, 10% SEN
STR: Minimum Requirement of Launcher
DEX: Base
CON: 300
INT: Base
CHA: Base
SEN: Any remaining points
Launcher Skills
Required / Prerequisite Skills
Marksmanship: Increases launcher damage
Arms Mastery: Increases launcher attack speed
Might Shot: Prerequisite for Sniping Shot
Main Attacking Skills
Twin Shot (Triple Shot at L11): Your highest damaging skill
Sniping Shot: Your second highest damaging skill
Zuly Pink: Your quick-cool-down-damaging skill
Your basic attacking strategy would be Triple Shot (for possible slow walk debuff) -> Zuly Pink -> Sniping Shot -> Repeat
